We offer same day shipping on orders placed before 12 P.M. EST Monday – Friday.
Free Shipping on most items to the U.S.

Return and Refund Policy
Product Returns:
- All refunds and returns are valid for 30 days. If past 30 days we cannot offer a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any open box returns.
- Please contact info@archangelsim.com if you need to exchange an item.
Refund Details
- Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned items once received
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
- Original proof of purchase required
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will then be processed and your credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
